Pico Union Project
Description
The Pico Union Project (PUP) is a multi-faith community center and cultural arts venue located in the historic Pico-Union neighborhood of LA. Founded in 2013 by musician Craig Taubman, it is housed in the city’s oldest synagogue building (originally Sinai Temple, built in 1909) and operates with a mission to “love your neighbor as yourself” through programs focused on health, creativity, and neighborhood revitalization.
