Peculier Ales, established in the summer of 2020, is the first craft brewery located in the heart of downtown Windsor, Colorado. Situated within the historic Windsor Mill, it offers a comfortable, family-friendly setting with an inviting patio space. The brewery is dedicated to hospitality and serves a variety of world-class beers, including ales, sours, and lagers, with plans for a barrel program featuring both clean and sour beers.
